    Very good operators and live music. Probably the best Lamb Cutlets in the Hunter region.

    Lunchtime pub meals: very fresh, good serves. Staff were happy to cater for vegetarian with chips and salad. A wood fire and a hot cuppa where most welcome on a very wet cold day. Pub has a lovely interior, polished floor boards and an outside dining area for warmer days.

    Clean and nicely presented. There is a meal area out the back with a view of the local mountains. Food is good quality and value for money. A great country pub.

    Great country Pub tucker. Wed night was Schnitzel night & it was bloody good. Just right for a couple of hungry travellers.
